Sandra Bullock's rep said the actress does plan to work in film again despite rumors suggesting otherwise.(PEOPLE.com) -- Despite Internet reports that suggest she's considering abandoning show business, Sandra Bullock most definitely plans to return to the cameras, said a source close to the Oscar winner.
The claims, citing reputed friends of Bullock's, say she is so smitten with her infant son, Louis Bardo Bullock, that she "might never make another film again."
The reports also quote friends as saying Bullock intends to leave California for good and divide her time between homes in Louis's birth town of New Orleans and her beloved Austin, Texas.
"In order to maintain Sandra Bullock's privacy, we will not comment on where she plans to live," said the actress's rep, who added: "Although she has no definite projects set at the moment, she has every intention of returning to work."
Bullock, 45, has remained out of public view since introducing Louis to the world and revealing she had filed for divorce from husband Jesse James, 41, in the wake of the scandal caused by his infidelities.
She brought the newborn home in January, four years after she and James began the adoption process, and will raise him as a single mom.
